What sets you apart from other tutors?
Our experience spans more than half a century in a variety of education settings in the classroom and beyond. We have worked with a wide range of students, including those with learning challenges. As educators, we bring expertise, passion and commitment to our work with students and their families. After every tutoring session, we provide parents with written feedback of what their student accomplished during the session and how they approached our work together.
How frequently do you meet with students and how long is each session?
We work with students weekly. Each session lasts an hour.
What happens during a tutorial session?
Our goal is to provide practical help for students on school writing assignments. We help them at any point in the writing process: from brainstorming ideas to offering feedback on a close-to-final draft. We also can help with literary analysis and grammar assignments. Do you offer online tutoring?
Yes, in fact that’s all we offer. Most of us live in greater Boston, but our past and present students live in California, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Texas, West Virginia, Dubai, Romania and Singapore.
Do you help students with college essays?
Can you help with math or science classes?

How do I get my student started?
The process begins by contacting us either by phone or email to initiate a conversation about your student. During our conversation, we want to learn about their personality, academic performance and interests outside of school. We also want to know what you are seeking in order to ensure a good fit between us and your student. You can contact us here.
